On Demand Options
The Keller Successful Career Opportunities in Real Estate (KSCORE) initiative was created just for you. Pairing Keller Williams’ unmatched training and tools with a completely digitized curriculum offered by Kaplan Real Estate Education. This fully digital pre-licensing curriculum puts you on track to obtaining your real estate license. With self-paced instruction, the pre-licensing course can be completed at your own speed and adapted to fit your life and schedule.

In-Person with Instructor Option
Keller Williams Advantage Realty has a partnership with the locally owned real estate education provider American Dream Real Estate School to offer a once-a-week instructor-led classroom. Small group classes meet once a week for 6 weeks for 4 hours at the registered location. For example, if your class starts on a Tuesday, then you will meet every Tuesday for 6 weeks at the class location and time you select. The additional required hours are done through online work, self-study, quizzes, and tests to verify your knowledge.
